If you only started in September with Fifa 20 then that's after the deadline for having an existing club and gaining access to the 21 web app. You still have to play x number of games or spend x number of time on the game if you didn't play 20 on the same platform. Sorry if I've misread that btw, and yes I do think they should give access, but it's been this way for years It says to "contribute to earning access", not that you'll be given access. Ok but what's happened in my case i played every fifa since 18 only ultimate team i played mondey like 10 games fifa 20 and now i wanted to start from 0 without packs and i delete my club and now i cant get acces to web app,I HAVE buyed fifa 21 ultimate edition ,ea play as well i played 5 hours. Not saying it's right or wrong but it looks like it'll need x amount of time before they'll give you access, would be nice if that amount of time was specified tbf.
Sorry to hear that but unfortunately that then basically puts you back to the same requirements as not owning 20 as you didn't have an existing club by the deadline. But I deleted my Club due to my mental health problems. I played 20 on the same Platform, 3000 Games. It says to "contribute to earning access", not that you'll be given access.
